Today we had a mission to create an outfit for the Emperor. We had to make 2 jackets, 1 pair of pants and 1 skirt (knee length) in half an hour. Check out the pics of us working...

As promised for the fans of Geronimo Stilton in Room 5, I have linked the Geronimo Stilton Home page. I have put it under websites to use at home (on the right) under the general games tab.

Lower Moutere School had some special Visitors...

We were lucky enough to have some special visitors today!

Ali Williams and Ben Franks came to our school in style in a helicopter. We created a message on the court so when they flew over they read -GO ABs!

We sung the National Anthem then the Kapa Haka group did a AWESOME haka.

Ben talked about how he was really pleased to be here as he used to go to our school and we found out Mrs Wilkinson taught him, how cool is that? We also had another connection - Olivia in our class, is Ben Franks cousin.

We then got to have a kick around with them and also a class photo! Check it out...






It was an amazing time that we will remember forever.

Welcome Back to Term 3

Welcome back to Term 3.

I'm glad you all had fantastic holidays and I am looking forward to another great term.

I had a wonderful holiday in Tonga and my highlight was definitely visiting local schools and donating the books and chairs from our school. They made Haden and I feel very welcome. We listened to their beautiful singing, played soccer with them, took lots of photos (they loved having their photo taken), taught them some songs and read some books. Here are some pics and videos from our trip (see if you can spot the chairs we donated). Mrs M
